Feature requests are as welcome as bug reports. If a step takes more clicks than it should, if an option is hiding where you would never look for it, or if the extension nearly does what you need but stops just short, that is exactly the sort of thing worth writing about. Small usability complaints are the ones that make the biggest difference, so do not talk yourself out of sending one.

What helps when reporting a problem
- What you were rotating: individual tabs, a tab group, or the whole window.
- The interval, and whether any tab had its own dwell time.
- Which options were on, particularly the on-page controls and "Pause when I switch tabs myself".
- Your Chrome version, from
chrome://settings/help, and your operating system. - Anything printed in red under the options in the popup, which is where the extension explains why it stopped.
Things that come up often
The rotation drifts by a few seconds on long intervals
Expected. Chrome will not schedule a background alarm more precisely than thirty seconds, and the extension sleeps between switches so it is not burning power. Intervals under thirty seconds are accurate.
It paused or stopped by itself
Open the popup and the reason is printed in red under the options. A rotation stops outright when every tab it was given has been closed. It pauses, keeping your selection, when "Pause when I switch tabs myself" is on and you switched tabs in that window. Working in a different window does not pause it.
The on-page controls never appear
Two common reasons. The option needs site access, which Chrome asks for the
first time you turn it on, and declining leaves everything else working. And
no extension may draw on Chrome's own pages, the Web Store, the built-in PDF
viewer, or local file:// pages, so the bar is silently absent
there. The popup and the keyboard shortcuts still control the rotation.
The screen still goes to sleep
The keep-awake option holds only while a rotation is actually playing, and lets go the moment you pause or stop. It also cannot override a system or workplace policy that forces the display off.
Nothing happens on very short intervals
Chrome throttles background work heavily when a window is minimised or the machine is on battery. Keep the rotating window visible.
The keyboard shortcuts do nothing
Chrome allows an extension four suggested shortcuts, so stop and the one-key play/pause toggle ship without keys. Assign them, or rebind any of the four arrows, from the Edit shortcuts link in the popup. Another extension holding the same combination wins, and Chrome will not warn you.
