Image Flow — Privacy Policy & Terms

Last updated: 2026-06-24

By using Image Flow ("the app") you agree to these terms.

1. The app runs on your device

Image Flow scans, indexes, and displays the images and videos you grant it access to. All scanning, metadata extraction, tagging, and the resulting library are stored locally on your device. The app works offline.

2. Your media stays private

3. Diagnostics (off by default, opt-in)

Crash reporting is turned off by default — the app collects and sends nothing unless you explicitly enable "Send anonymous crash reports" in Settings → Diagnostics. You can turn it back off at any time.

If you choose to enable it, the app then sends anonymous crash and diagnostic reports using Sentry to help us find and fix bugs. They may include:

These reports never contain your photos, videos, thumbnails, file names, file paths, or any of your media content.

Where diagnostics are processed

Diagnostic reports are processed and stored by Sentry on servers located in the European Union (EU).

4. Permissions

The app requests only the permissions needed for what you ask it to do: access to photos and videos (full or limited "selected photos" access), and access to folders you choose to scan. You may revoke these at any time in Android Settings; the app will then scan only what it can still access.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from its use. Always keep your own backups of important photos and videos.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.

7. Contact

For questions about these terms or your privacy, contact the developer through the app's distribution page.
